- Two-day educational course preparing a Notary Public to become a loan document signing agent. Students will learn how to identify, print, and return real estate mortgage loan documents, including notarization that adheres to legal compliance. Also covers: obtaining loan signing business, preparing with equipment, collecting fees, bookkeeping, and profitability.
