Intended for students who are concurrently enrolled in Math 109, Preparation for Calculus. Topics include a review of basic algebra and skills related to the following topics: the use of properties of exponents, logarithms, radicals, and rational expressions to simplify algebraic expressions; the concept of slope as it relates to linear equations and real-world situation; solving, graphing, and analyzing polynomial, rational, radical, logarithmic, exponential; trigonometric equations and functions; and solving systems of equations and inequalities.
