Transfers ToCSUDescriptionThe course covers the basic algebraic and trigonometric tools used in the study of calculus, including: the use of properties of exponents, logarithms, radicals, and rational expressions to simplify algebraic expressions; the concept of slope as it relates to linear equations and real-world situation; solving, graphing, and analyzing polynomial, rational, radical, logarithmic, exponential, and trigonometric equations and functions; and solving systems of equations and inequalities. The course also covers principles of trigonometry and trigonometric identities.
