Transfers ToCSUDescriptionThis course offers an in-depth study of current observation and assessment approaches to understand and articulate development in children birth through age 8. Guided by developmental theory, students will learn how observation and assessment influence the design of early childhood settings, understanding and guiding child behavior, curricular plans, communication with families, and support program quality.
