Transfers ToCSUDescriptionStudents study the identification and usage of plants native to Southern California's mountains, deserts, & coastal areas. Emphasis will be placed on Mojave Desert native plants. Class will focus on the uses of these plants: commercially; for landscaping, in sustainable agriculture; fire ecology, land development; and ecological restoration.
