Topics will include: current principles and concepts related to body composition; cardiovascular adaptations to exercise; theory of flexibility, muscle strength and endurance training; nutrition for health and athletic performance, diet analysis, weight management; eating disorders; stress; and, prevention of diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
