    This course is an introduction to improvisational and compositional skills that explore multiple ways to spontaneously create movement. Course exercises will facilitate a variety of creative explorations that utilize levels, shapes, and dynamic and rhythmic patterning. These explorations will encourage the dancer to discover and evaluate movement habits while exploring multiple ways to break habitual movement patterns.
