    This course expands on the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Instruction focuses on refining gi, ground-based techniques including guard positions, mount positions, escapes, sweeps, and submissions. Improvements on safety, grappling techniques, and body control are the emphases of this course.
