- Students will also be introduced to the theory and procedure of accurate and legal coding for medical procedures. Students develop practical skills for accurate International Classification of Diseases (ICD)-10 code assignment and proficiency using the ICD-10 manual as well as Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) coding.
