- The Disability Rights Movement and application of laws related to preschool through 12th grade, college, and employment will be analyzed. This course provides general guidelines for documentation, and the importance of confidentiality. This course also provides an overview of the laws regarding rights and issues as they relate to individuals with disabilities and recipients of services.
