    Description
    This course is designed to provide an overview of terminology of the legal profession. The course will cover laws of wills and estates, real property, family law, negotiable instruments, business organization, and bankruptcy. The common legal terms used in these areas will be emphasized. This course meets the requirements of the Court Reporters Board of California leading to certification to take the Certified Shorthand Reporter test.
