    Provides instruction on how to recognize and respond to hazardous materials and terrorism incidents, how to implement basic incident command systems, and how to perform basic rescue techniques and decontamination procedures. Allows the student to take certification exams as first responder operational level, terrorism awareness level, California Specialized Training Institute (CSTI), and Centers for Domestic Preparedness (CDP).
