    Provides a platform to assess and implement fitness tests. Utilizes individual fitness assessment and client centered fitness assessment suited to all levels of fitness. Emphasizes measurements of body composition, cardiorespiratory fitness, nutritional analysis, stress, pulmonary function, flexibility, and muscular strength and endurance.
