    Description
    Integrates the four language skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing with supplemental coursework that supports students who take CD 180 to receive a certificate of proficiency from the Family Studies department. Focuses on English skills required to explain children's behavior and effective guidance techniques to promote children's self-control, self-esteem and competence. [ND]
