- Analyzes engineering structures in equilibrium. Includes topics of two- and three-dimensional equilibrium of particles and rigid bodies, moments, couples, vector mathematics, friction forces, distributed forces, center of gravity, centroids, analysis of frames, machine and trusses, moments of inertia, shear and bending moment diagrams, and virtual work.
