    Presents configuration and use of threat detection tools. Explains how to perform data analysis. Interprets the results to classify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to an organization with the end goal of hardening and securing applications and systems within an organization from a vendor-neutral perspective. Survey techniques used in threat management, vulnerability management, cyber incident response, and security architectures. Prepares students for industry security analyst certifications. [D; CSU]
