    I can demonstrate all aspects of maintaining safety in the automotive workshop. This includes identifying and adhering to general shop safety rules and procedures, handling tools and equipment safely, and ensuring proper placement of floor jacks and jack stands. Additionally, I can operate lifts safely and maintain proper ventilation within the lab/shop area. I am knowledgeable about fire safety equipment and evacuation routes, as well as the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, ear protection, gloves, and appropriate clothing. I understand the importance of securing hair and jewelry during lab/shop activities to prevent accidents. Moreover, I can identify potential safety hazards associated with vehicle systems and high-voltage components, and I know how to access safety data sheets for hazardous materials. Overall, I prioritize safety in all aspects of my work to create a secure environment for myself and others.
