    Creates a plan of nursing care for childbearing patients and families, develop and understanding of normal and abnormal physiological findings for obstetric patients, neonates, and families. Applies concepts of standardized communication tools to advocate for culturally appropriate patient-centered care. Identifies nursing priorities using critical thinking and clinical judgment.
