    Instructs students on meeting the basic needs of patients, patients with medical-surgical dysfunction, develop confidence in critical thinking, utilize the nursing process, physical assessment, documentation, medication administration, legal and ethical considerations, interdisciplinary communication, teaching and learning, and cultural considerations.
