    The historical, sociological, psychological, physiological, pharmacological and legal aspects of drugs. Emphasis will be placed on the effects of stimulants, sedative-hypnotics, narcotics, hallucinogens, alcohol, marijuana and inhalants. Various education, prevention and treatment approaches will be discussed.
