Students will complete photo assignments related to course content to deepen their understanding of the concepts. Attention will be paid to issues of racism, representation, ethnicity and national origins, gender and gender identity that exist in both past and current practice of photography. Camera equipment is not provided by the college. Students registering for this class may use any film or digital camera to complete assignments.
