    This course covers basic Pro Tools principles. It provides everything students need to complete a Pro Tools project- from initial set up to final mixdown. This course is an introduction to AVID's Pro Tools digital audio workstation software application. Basic Pro Tools principles, including how to complete a Pro Tools project from initial set up to final mixdown are covered. It includes how to record, edit, and mix music and Musical Instrument Digital Interface (MIDI) tracks within the Pro Tools application. In order to take the course online, students will be required to have access to recording software (Pro-Tools) and hardware.
