Transfers ToCSUDescriptionThis intermediate course requires higher skill level and/ or leadership involvement than News Production and Publication I. Student-produced, and student-led news production and publication, including practical experience in design/layout, visual, online, multimedia journalism and emerging technologies, with a variety of student media across multiple platforms, including print, broadcast, and online. Individually, students will complete weekly news assignments. Collectively, students will regularly produce a news or feature non-fiction product by and for students, with a journalism emphasis, a local focus, and attention to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the newsroom and Solano College community.
