    Description
    General Education: SCC: Area 5; Cal-GETC: Area 5A An introduction to the geology of California, including tectonic processes, geologic structures, physiographic provinces, local rocks and minerals, landforms, natural resources, geologic history, and natural hazards in the state. Field trip will be taken to areas of geologic interest and a field trip report will be required. If the student cannot attend the trip, they will have make-up work.
