- Increases students' understanding of group communication behaviors related to problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, group roles, norms and conformity and to prepare students to function more effectively in groups. This course is for students majoring in speech communication, business, international business, education, nursing, and all fields of study and certifications that require group and team-building skills.
