    An introduction to the study of law, with specific emphasis on the legal environment of business. Includes the legal process, legal institutions, ethics, jurisdiction, U.S. Constitution, contracts, agency, the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), torts, employment law, property, bankruptcy law, forms of business organization, corporations, consumer protection, government regulation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), along with ethical concerns and current public policy issues.
