    Description
    Men's and Women's Intercollegiate Off-Season (Fall) General Education: Local District Requirement � Health, Lifelong Learning & Self Development Off-season preparation for student athletes to maintain personal health and well-being (both physical and mental), including engaging in self-reflection to facilitate personal insight and their responsibility to themselves and their team. This course includes theory, analysis and execution of swimming and diving strategies, training for mental and physical skill acquisition, fitness, strength, and flexibility while minimizing injury potential. If eligible student athletes will have an opportunity for non-traditional competition. Competition eligibility information may be obtained from the instructor. Students may enroll in this course up to 4 times for credit.
