    Description
    Explores medicinal plants through the rich traditional knowledge of various multicultural healing traditions. Our focus will be navigating their history creating awareness of the culture, healing philosophies and the use of medicinal plants. Addressing shamanism and the connection with nature, the environment, the importance of sustainability and conservation as well as political and socioeconomic impacts. We will also compare the similarities and differences between these various multicultural traditions, their approaches to healing, common medicinal plants and their traditional use.
