    Formerly known as BUS 99 Closely examines concepts for motivating and coordinating people to manage change in organizations. The content and activities focus on the fundamentals of understanding, analyzing and changing behaviors of individuals and groups in a diverse work environment. Carefully examines the interactions among people within organizations to satisfy employee needs while achieving organizational objectives. (CSU)
