- Formerly known as BUS 116 Provides the student with understanding and knowledge of the importance of meeting customer needs in a service economy. Emphasis on developing specific skills and abilities critical to providing excellent customer service. Introduction to the concepts of internal and external customers, customer satisfaction and retention. Topics include communicating with customers, developing a positive attitude, handling complaints and ethical issues. (CSU)
