    Description
    This course will cover physical therapy interventions for common neurologic conditions. Additionally, assessment, medical management, environmental barriers, adaptive equipment, psychosocial issues, and effective interdisciplinary management will also be covered as they apply to the patient with a neurologic condition. Students will apply neuroanatomy and developmental concepts learned in PTA 8 Neurology and Development to the adult patient with a neurologic condition. This course may be offered in a distance education format. (CSU transferable)
