    This course examines the underlying physiology and behavioral aspects of weight regulation. It addresses the basic principles of weight management, nutrition, exercise, and behavior in an integrated approach. It takes a multifaceted, public health approach to examine all factors contributing to weight management issues including detailed coverage of treatment approaches and prevention strategies. This course may be offered in a distance education format. (CSU transferable)
