    Description
    C-ID: ENGL 160 This course is the first semester of the basic two-semester English Literature survey course commonly offered in the sophomore year at colleges and universities. It involves the intensive study of and reading and writing upon representative masterpieces of the literary history of England from the Anglo-Saxon period to the end of the 18th century. This course may be offered in a distance education format. (CSU/UC transferable)
