    This is a competency for the Early Childhood Education Competency- Based Education Pathway. Students will observe children, evaluate individual differences, and analyze characteristics of development at various stages according to developmental theories. This competency may be offered in a distance education format. ECE 7CB, 8CB, and 9 CB are equivalent to ECE 9.
