It covers program types, budget, management, regulations, laws, development, and implementation of policies and procedures. The course will also examine the administrative tools, philosophies, and techniques needed to organize, open, and operate an early care and education program that is responsive to the community's needs. This course may be offered in a distance education format. (CSU transferable)
