    This is a competency for the Early Childhood Education Competency- Based Education Pathway. This competency emphasizes using assessment findings to inform and plan learning environments and experiences. It covers the use of reliable tools to rate program quality, individual development, and curriculum. This competency may be offered in a distance education format. ECE 19CB, 20CB, and 21CB are the equivalent of ECE 7.
