    This is a competency for the Early Childhood Education Competency- Based Education Pathway. This competency includes self-reflection on the influence of teachers' own culture and life experiences on teaching and interactions with children and families. This competency may be offered in a distance education format. ECE 16CB, 17CB, and 18CB are the equivalent of ECE 28.
