    This is a competency for the Early Childhood Education Competency- Based Education Pathway. It examines the historical and current perspectives on diversity and inclusion and the impact of systemic societal influences on children's development, learning, and school experiences. This competency may be offered in a distance education format. ECE 16CB, 17CB, and 18CB are the equivalent of ECE 28.
