    This is an introductory course in establishing a commercial or home vineyard. The course will cover numerous principles of vineyard design and construction, as well as the important training steps and maintenance of a young vineyard. The college will provide access to a vineyard as a resource for students in this course. A portion of this course may be taught in a distance education format. (CSU transferable)
