    Description
    This class covers the production of wood products and the operation of equipment used to produce those products. Subjects covered will include species identification, wood and lumber classifications, defect identification, milling and log breakdown, product calculations and measurements, and the operation of portable sawmills, re-sawmills, dry kilns, plainers, chainsaws, wood splitters, firewood processors, and other small heavy equipment used to maneuver logs.
