    This course offers a comprehensive overview of the sheep and goat industries, covering the management of commercial operations, purebred flocks, and small farm settings. Students will learn essential skills in selecting, feeding, breeding, and providing basic care for small ruminants. Additionally, the course explores the marketing of sheep, goats, and their products. A hands-on laboratory component is required, giving students practical experience in small ruminant management.
