    C-ID: AJ 124 This course covers the origin, development, and philosophy of evidence; kinds and degrees of evidence and rules governing admissibility; and judicial decisions interpreting individual rights, search and seizure, the case study approach, privileged communication, and witness competency. This course is required for Administration of Justice majors. This course may be offered in a distance education format. (CSU transferable)
