    This course introduces adult learners to the practical and responsible use of artificial intelligence (AI) in daily life and work. Students learn what AI is, how it functions, and how it affects modern communication, organization, health, finances, and workplace productivity. Through guided practice, students will use AI tools to set personal goals, manage time, track wellness, and plan finances. The course emphasizes ethical and safe AI use while helping learners develop digital confidence for lifelong learning and career readiness.
