Processes such as membranes, ozone, biological activated carbon or biofiltration, and advanced oxidation are evaluated and discussed. Assists in preparation for the Advanced Water Treatment Operator (AWTO) certification examination given by the American Water Works Association (AWWA) and the California Water Environment Association (CWEA). Optional field trips may be offered.
