    Application of theory and research in psychology to deal effectively with the adjustment demands of everyday life. Covers topics such as: interpersonal relationships, stress, health, time management, and working, with consideration for the influence of factors such as culture, gender, ethnicity, historical cohort, and socio-economic status.
