Topics to be covered will include, but will not be limited to, the following: gender identity development, masculinity and femininity, sexual orientation, gender roles, stereotypes, prejudice, and discrimination, as well as gender differences in physiology, communication, mental health, the workplace and relationships. Additional focus will be given to the effects of race, ethnicity, socioeconomic status and other forms of culture on gender.
