- This course is designed to provide an overview of the principles and practice of the field of environmental health. Over the course of this program, you will develop knowledge and skills to identify environmental health hazards from waste, water, food, pests, unsanitary housing and other environmental factors. Students will learn from lectures, reading, coursework and guest speakers. This course will provide transfer credit to a California State University.
