Course topics include the abatement of sub-standard or hazardous buildings, hazardous materials, residential construction, use of force, self-defense and chemical agents, criminal law, and methods to collaborate with the community. The International Property Maintenance Code and National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System enforcement will be reviewed.
