- Provides the related and supplemental instruction required for operating engineer apprentices in safe work practices and principles when working around or operating heavy equipment, purposes of organized labor, labor history, first aid, IUOE Local 12 structure, Labor-Management Agreement, Local 12 By-Laws, International Union of Operating Engineers (IUOE) Constitution, and basic machinery maintenance.
