- Provides the related and supplemental instruction required for operating engineer apprentices in the New Miner safety procedures of MSHA 30 CFR Part 48 B (Mine Safety and Health Administration) for surface mine operations, miner rights and responsibilities, worksite and equipment safety inspections, and all information and regulations pertaining to New Miners Rights and Responsibilities training standards.
